What is the cost of your product photography?

Can I get a discount if I have a large number of products to photograph?
Bespoke pricing packages can be offered. Contact our team with the quantity and we can send you a quote.

Do you provide a photo retouching/editing service?
Yes. We can retouch photos and edit photos from removing scratches to resizing images.

How big will the files be?
The files will vary in size but will not be too big as they will need to load on your site fairly quickly.

Can I get my 360° product view in QuickTime format?
We can provide your 360° product view in QuickTime format if requested, but we don't usually offer this format because it has compatibilty issues with certain browsers.

Are the images usable for print work?
We can supply images for print but you will need to make us aware of this before the process begins and will incur an extra cost.

Do the products need to be photographed at your premises?
We prefer to photograph at our premises but in some instances we can bring equipment to your premises but this would incur extra charges.

Are there restrictions on which products you can photograph?
We can photograph most products but we do have a size limit. Most hand held goods and clothing items are acceptable. Unfortunately we can not photograph very large items such as beds or vehicles. We require items to be smaller than 1000mm 2 and no heavier than 30kg.

Can I send items in the post?
You can send reasonable sized items in the post such as clothing, jewellery, small electricals etc. Other items will have to be delivered in person or we could arrange collection at an additional cost.
